About Dutch Blonde: Camille Prins, Designer and Creative Director of Dutch Blonde, began her fashion career interning for Central St. Martin graduate and designer, Sabine Brauninger. The label “Customers Own Property” participated in London Fashion Week and gave Camille her first taste of the runway and London fashion. She became influenced by the whole Rock and Roll meets Simplicity of the London aesthetic, which propelled her into creating her own namesake ready-to-wear label and her first collection in 2008.

In her first year of designing Dutch Blonde, she was also a contestant on “Project Runway Canada Season 2”. The season premiered in January 2009, and Camille was featured as the designer-to-watch in Elle Canada’s February issue. Known for her “Day to Night” looks and stylish leggings, Dutch Blonde cocktail dresses have also been seen on MTV Canada hosts and style icons Nicole Holness and Jessi Cruickshank. The Designer was featured on ET Canada in 2009 in a celebrity holiday segment. Her S/S 2010 collection “Summer Love” opened Alberta Fashion Week. In 2010 Camille travelled to Sydney gaining inspiration & technique while working for Collette Dinnigan, Australia’s only designer to show at Paris Fashion Week.

In 2014, DUTCH BLONDE released it’s most recent collection, WILD LOVE. The fashion focused leggings featuring bold print, texture and beading are on-trend and the perfect addition to any wardrobe. Both Camille and her collections have been featured in many Canadian and US publications and outlets including: ET Canada, Flare.com, Elle Canada, Best Health, Toronto Star, Chloe Magazine, and People Style Watch to name a few.
